Pork neck 1500 kg.
Garlic 5-7 cloves.
salt 1 tbsp.
1.5 teaspoons pepper
Black pepper 1 tsp
Paprika 1 tbsp
Mustard 1 tbsp
Vegetable oil 3-4 tbsp.
Marinate 1 to 8 hours.
Wrap in parchment and foil.
Bake for 90 minutes at 190°C.
Glaze:
soy sauce 3 tbsp
Sweet chilli sauce 1 tbsp
ketchup 1 tbsp
honey 1-2 tbsp.
Whole grain mustard 1-1.5 tbsp.
Lubricate the meat with glue.
Bake at 220 C for 10-15 minutes.
Potatoes 3 pcs.
Cook until done.
