NINJA SPEEDI Blueberry Lemon Cake, go ahead and have cake for breakfast.

Looks like the Ninja Speedi really does do it all.  I cooked this delicious Blueberry Lemon Cake that I have cooked many times in the oven as a Blueberry Lemon Loaf Cake and used for Blueberry lemon muffins.  The cake is filled with delicious blueberries picked off our bushes and paired with lemons, oats and bananas for a delicious healthy cake for breakfast or a snack.  The Ninja Speedi did the job beautifully.
