Making the mayonnaise with milk instead of raw eggs.
This Mayo is great with salads, meat and vegetables. Color depends on how deep red/purple is basil.

You'll need
30ml very cold milk
130-150 ml mild-tasting, healthy oil
3/4 tsp. vinegar or fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
0.5 tsp. sugar
0.5 tsp. salt
1 clove fresh garlic
Fresh Red/Purple Basil

The mayonnaise will last up to 1 week in the fridge.
