🟢材料:

薑、蒜 適量
豆豉 1湯匙
紹興酒 1湯匙
糖 ½ 茶匙
生抽、老抽、胡椒粉、鹽、油、澱粉水 適量

🟢做法:
1️⃣ 豬肉絲洗淨後切絲,加入少許胡椒粉、生抽、老抽、鹽、半茶匙糖、澱粉水及油醃15分鐘。
2️⃣ 青椒、紅椒及洋蔥洗淨切絲,爆炒1分鐘後盛出備用。
3️⃣ 爆香薑及豆豉,下豬肉絲爆炒。
4️⃣ 加入炒好的青紅椒洋蔥,灒1湯匙紹興酒,蓋鍋蓋10秒鐘,最後勾薄芡上碟。

🟢Ingredients:
Pork - 300g
Green bell pepper - 1
Red bell pepper - ⅓
Onion - ⅓
Ginger, garlic - as needed
Fermented black beans - 1 tablespoon
Shaoxing wine - 1 tablespoon
Sugar - ½ teaspoon
Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, white pepper powder, salt, oil, cornstarch slurry - as needed

🟢Cooking Directions:
1️⃣ After washing the pork, cut it into thin strips. Marinate the pork with a small amount of white pepper powder, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt, half a teaspoon of sugar, cornstarch slurry, and oil for 15 minutes.
2️⃣ Stir-fry the green and red bell pepper and onion for 1 minute, then set them aside.
3️⃣ Stir-fry the chopped ginger and fermented black beans, then add the pork strips and stir-fry until cooked.
4️⃣ Add the stir-fried bell peppers and onion, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Shaoxing wine, cover the wok for 10 seconds, and finally thicken the sauce with cornstarch slurry. Serve hot.
