We are at the end of the season and the very last good batch of fruit that you can find at the farmers' market has all the powerful taste of the summer. they had a whole summer to grow under the sun and you can taste it! Why not selecting a nice variety of fruit for a baby puree'? and what about adding a nice cereal like barley? we are going to bake our fruit (yesss!!!) in order to keep the intense taste (and color!!). and barley is a very good source of amino acids and lots of fiber.
