Fastest method to change bikes in Zwift?

Find out how to change bikes fast in Zwift to minimize time loss during timed events such as Fondos. This is the fastest method I have found for the current patch of Zwift which requires you to be stopped in order to switch bikes. Using the mountain bike for the jungle circuit is 7% + faster than using a road bike which can add up to a good amount of time saved if you are able to switch bikes fast during the event.
If you are a slower rider like me then the time saved by switching bikes will be even greater. It also adds a tiny bit of button mashing to break up those multi-hour Fondo events.
