Hello from the great state of Texas!
My wife and I decided we wanted to make a structure for both our chickens and ducks and we wanted to do so without breaking the bank.
I came up with the idea of building this structure out of pallets! You can pick these up all over the place for free because people just want to get rid of them. We used about 30 pallets to finish this project, which includes ripping apart pallets to use for our siding. We have approximately $300 into the shed, when you factor in the OSB, 2x4's, nails, corrugated tin for the roof and door hardware. I find this much more attractive than buying a shed kit for a few thousand dollars!
