Finding Nick Valentine in Fallout 4

I want to start the Far Harbour DLC, so the best way is to complete the quest "Getting a Clue", so I'm off to find Nick Valentine. Hopefully a bit more imersive than just running over to the Nakatu residence.

I am now running at 438 mods as of this episode.
