4 pieces of Ilish
1 and ½ +¼ tsp. salt
½ tsp. Turmeric powder
2 tbsp. Black mustard
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
2 tsp. Poppy seeds
1 tbsp. Hung curd
6 green chilies
2-3 tbsp.+ 4 tsp mustard oil
