Google SketchUp Speed Building - Waterside Drive 1005

I'm back with a new Google SketchUp speed build video. This time I'm building a very modern villa by the water. Unfortunately I had some problems with rendering the end photos, but in the end I could happily still put some of them in the video, but not as many as my goal is.
