How to insert logo and text in video by using VLC player

In this video i enlighten you about inserting logo and text in video by using VLC Player.
Method:Open vedio in VLC and go to tools section thereafter go to "effects and filter" and thereafter go to video effects and thereafter go to overlay and do as mentioned in video.
