They could be very toxic, so one time you take it you have no bad reaction, but since they are manufactured illegally, there not manufactured under good manufacturing practices, so it's going to be dependant under what shipment they got. So one day you may take one and have a very low dosage and no adverse events, then the next time you buy it, they happen to make it super potent. There is no quality control."

Cheap drugs promising to treat all kinds of sexual dysfunctions are putting people's lives at risk, according to US-based scientists.
The researchers say some of these "all -natural" remedies contain prescription drugs, which can put people with high blood pressure at risk of heart attacks or strokes.
STORYLINE:
Emails and websites advertising pills claiming to solve erectile dysfunctions are common.
These "all-natural" products with names like Stamina-RX and Vigor-25 promise increased libido and sexual performance.
However scientist are now finding that some of these drugs work because they contain the same drugs used in prescription remedies.
Sales of herbal sex pills are booming in the United States.
Since 2001, sales of supplements marketed as natural sexual enhancers have risen $100 million (68.6 million), to $398 million (273 million) last year, including herbal mixtures, according to estimates by Nutrition Business Journal.
However researchers in the US are concerned about the quality of some of these pills.
Jana Hildreth and her colleagues are testing herbal supplements for signs of hidden dangers.
Hildreth, a research chemist, says people with high blood pressure are risking their life using these kinds of drugs.
Researchers say legitimate herbal mixtures can take weeks to produce results.
