Henrietta "Suga Mama" Proud is Penny, BeBe, and CeCe's grandmother, Bobby and Oscar's mother, Trudy's mother-in-law, and Spice's younger sister. She is a hip, wrestling-loving grandmother who does Tae-Bo. She is very sassy, and always gets straight to the point when she talks. She constantly insults, discourages and beats up Oscar, but she loves him deep down.
