In the beginning of the 90's public broadcasting company VPRO had weekly documentaries on youth (music) culture and really digged deep into the underground. More broadcasts already have been published, but this one hasn't. Contains interviews with DJ Joost van Bellen, Eddy de Clercq, Dylan Hermelijn, Kees Heus with a large number of scenes from the RoXY in Amsterdam, some illegal raves, a cosmo party in a swimming pool, former record shop Blackbeat...
