In today's video you will learn how to prepare Paneer Matar/Mutter Masala. Most of our subscribers have been asking me to post a different chapati side dish for dinner. this recipe is creamy and rich masala prepared from paneer cubes and Green Peas. you can also use Frozen Store bought one.

பன்னீர் / Paneer - 200 Gms
பட்டாணி / Green Peas - 1 Cup
சீரகம் / Cumin Seeds - 1/4 Spoon
வெங்காயம் / Onion - 2
பச்சை மிளகாய் / Green Chilli - 1/4 Spoon
பூண்டு / Garlic - 1/4 Spoon
இஞ்சி / Ginger - 1/4 Spoon
தக்காளி / Tomato - 2
கொத்தமல்லி / Coriander Leaves
கிரீம் / Fresh Cream - 2 TBSP
வெண்ணெய் / Butter - 1 1/2 TBSP
மிளகாய் தூள் / Chilli Powder - 3/4 Spoon
மஞ்சள் தூள் / Turmeric Powder
தனியா தூள் / Coriander Powder - 1 Spoon
காய்ந்த வெந்தய இலை / Kasoori Methi
