Not to be mistaken for the yellow dandelion plant itself, dandelion greens are the leaves of the plant which are becoming a very popular green vegetable choice. They are packed with many healthy nutrients that can promote our overall health and even contain some medicinal properties. When consuming dandelion greens, try to choose organic varieties as best as possible to limit any chemicals or other plant treatments. Now, lets discuss some of the incredible health benefits of consuming dandelion green consistently.
