INGREDIENTS:
* Macaroni (मैक्रोनी) - 1 cup
* Water (पानी) - 4 CUP
* Salt (नमक) - 1/2 tsp
* Oil (तेल) - for frying
* Corn starch (अरारोट) - as required
* All purpose flour (मैदा) - as required
* Oil (तेल) - for frying
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
* Chili flakes (चिली फलैक्स)
* Chat masala (चाट मसाला)
* Mint leaves powder (पुदीना पाउडर)
* Black Salt (काला नमक)
* Mango powder (अमचूर पाउडर)

RECIPE:

Keep a pan on the flame. Put some Water in it for boiling. Put some Oil, Salt and Macaroni in the boiling Water. Cover it and cook it for 7-8 mins. Cook the Macaroni only 80 %.
Then put the 80% cooked Macaroni in the strainer and put some Ice Cold Water on it.
Take a bowl, put the Macaroni in it. For coating the Macaroni, put some Corn Flour and All purpose Flour and mix it well.
Then put the coated Macaroni in the strainer so that the extra Flour will get separated.
Then fry the Macaroni in the Oil on medium flame. Don’t stir it for 2-3 mins. Then fry it and make it crispy.
Take some Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Chili Flakes, Chaat Masala, Mint Leaves Powder, Black Salt and Mango Powder. Mix all the spices and then put them on the fried Macaroni.
You can enjoy it for long time by keeping it in the jar.
