Bill shows you how to install this Intake Manifold Cover & Extension Kit on your 2005-2009 Mustang GT.

This CJ Pony Parts exclusive kit combines two very popular modifications in one money saving kit. The manifold cover was featured on the early prototype 2005 Mustangs and was so popular it is now an option on 2007-2009 Mustangs and a very popular upgrade for 2005-2006 owners. The extension picks up where the intake manifold cover stops and makes for a polished, cleaner look.
For installation, you'll begin by removing two bolts off the top of the throttle body and then unclipping the studs. Install the two studs from the intake manifold cover kit, and then lay the cover over the top of the manifold and press down. Make sure it is secured with the retaining nuts.
Finally, lay the throttle body cover in place and tighten the screws to secure. Total installation takes around twenty minutes.
