Arvi Masala Recipe | Easy & Tasty Arvi Masala!

Welcome to Kitchen with Mahreen! Today, we're going to make a delicious and easy Arbi (Arvi) Masala. This flavorful dish is perfect for any meal and sure to be a hit with your family and friends. Follow along with this step-by-step recipe to create a mouthwatering Arbi Masala at home.

Ingredients:

500 grams Arbi (taro root)
2 medium onions
2 tomatoes
2-3 green chilies
1 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
Salt to taste
2-3 tablespoons oil
Fresh coriander for garnish

Method:

Wash and peel the arbi, then cut it into small pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Fry until they turn brown.
Add onions and fry until golden brown.
Add garlic ginger paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add tomatoes and green chilies, cook until the tomatoes become soft.
Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add arbi and mix all the ingredients well. Cover the pan and cook on medium heat until the arbi becomes soft.
Once the arbi is cooked, add garam masala powder and mix well.
Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.

Assalam-o-Alaikum dosto! Aaj hum banane ja rahe hain mazaydar Arbi Masala. Ye ek lazeez aur spicy dish hai jo aapki family aur friends ko zaroor pasand aayegi. Is recipe ko follow karke aap bohot hi asaan tareeke se ghar par Arbi Masala tayar kar sakte hain. Chaliye dekhte hain is recipe kaise banate hain!

Ingredients:

500 grams Arbi (taro root)
2 medium piyaz (onions)
2 tamatar (tomatoes)
2-3 hari mirch (green chilies)
1 tablespoon lehsan adrak paste (garlic ginger paste)
1 teaspoon zeera (cumin seeds)
1 teaspoon dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
1/2 teaspoon haldi powder (turmeric powder)
1 teaspoon lal mirch powder (red chili powder)
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
Namak (salt) to taste
2-3 tablespoon oil
Hara dhaniya (fresh coriander) for garnish
Method:

Pehle arbi ko ache se dho kar peel kar lein. Phir usay choti choti tukron mein kaat lein.
Ek pan mein oil garam karein aur usmein zeera daal kar fry karein jab tak wo brown na ho jaye.
Ab ismein piyaz add karein aur golden brown hone tak fry karein.
Phir lehsan adrak paste daal kar 1-2 minute tak bhun lein.
Tamatar aur hari mirch add karein aur unhein ache se pakne dein jab tak tamatar soft ho jayein.
Ab ismein haldi, dhaniya powder, lal mirch powder, aur namak add karein aur ache se mix karein.
Arbi add karein aur sab ingredients ko ache se mix karein. Pan ko dhak kar arbi ko medium heat par pakne dein jab tak wo soft na ho jaye.
Jab arbi ache se pak jaye aur masala ghoont jaye to garam masala powder add karein aur mix karein.
Hara dhaniya se garnish karein aur garam garam Arbi Masala serve karein.
