Hello again! This project will improve the infrastructure conditions for mobility, safety and comfort for pedestrians and drivers, reducing the travel times of citizens and increasing the levels of competitiveness of the areas of influence, as a result of the progressive growth that this part of the city currently registers. the city.
The work will allow a key connection for mobility in this area of the city, such as Avenida Rincón and Avenida Tabor, recently completed by the IDU and put into operation, with 127th Street, generating an exit to the north and downtown the city.
Among the advantages of the project is also the increase and improvement of the public space, the pedestrian space, the green areas and the available infrastructure, as well as a new bike path, making this an inclusive and friendly space that improves the quality of life. of the citizens of this area of the city.
Section 2: Intersection Avenida El Rincón by Avenida Boyacá
Construction of two vehicular bridges, one for each lane of the Rincón road (Avenida 127), with two lanes each.
Construction of a curved bridge over Boyacá Avenue that allows the south-east turn.
Construction of three (3) pontoons on the eastern side of Boyacá Avenue, for the passage of the intersection's connectors.
Construction of seven (7) connectors at the intersection.
Protection works necessary to guarantee the stability of the pipeline of the existing main network at the intersection, in coordination with the main network of the EAB.
Construction of public space works, urban planning, drainage and necessary networks, as well as the mitigation of social and environmental impacts associated with it.
Execution of the landscape design that includes the planting of 375 individual trees, 10,410 meters of landscaping and the implementation of SUDS (9 bio-retention zones and 9 floodplains).
