a QML has a high and a higher high which collects buy-side liquidity from the previous high and also has a lower low which collects sell side liquidity on the previous lows before going up and retest the violated high and decline but before the price gets to that level it might drop due to a breaker level which is the low that was being violated when the price was forming a lower low.
