Havok is Marvel Snap's latest card, and his ability to cap a player's energy allows him to wreak ...havoc... if you give him to your opponent with Viper.

Power Estimate: This deck is rooted in a fairly typical Junk build, which is a viable option for climbing. The changes to include a package of Ravonna and Havok felt like a good fit, and I retained a solid win rate at 59%, but more data on Havok and these adjustments is needed to see if it really made the deck better or worse.
