Want to use mods in Xcom 2 without having to set up an Alt Launcher or get the NoRedScreen fix to work so you can use the old mod launcher? Throw all that to side because all you have to do is follow these instructions in this video. You'll not only be able to use the 2K launcher using this method Literally voiding the other methods plus it will work 100% of the time. Unless you forget to active the mod or a mod conflicts with other mods you're using.
