While you can still benefit from this video, each team is different and may have different strengths.
One of the main reasons we are bringing the Outside back is to better receive the short serves around the 10ft line that we see very often in middle school ball.
This rotation also puts a little more emphasis on our setter.
In this video, the Middle actually follows the Setter. Most teams will want their Setter to follow the Middle, but the choice is up to the coach on how they want to structure their rotations.
