Richard Bean's award-winning version of Carlo Goldoni's classic Italian comedy 'The Servant of Two Masters' first had audiences rolling in the aisles at National Theatre before moving to the opulent surroundings of The Royal Theatre Haymarket. While the location for 'One Man, Two Guvnors' may have changed, the razor-sharp one-liners, slapstick antics (choreographed by Cal McCrystal) and high jinks aplenty (overseen by director Nicholas Hytner) remain the same. Long-serving cast member Derek Elroy, who has been with the show since day one, takes Time Out on a frenetic backstage tour, introducing us to Martin Barrass, a man with an impressive aptitude for being hit in the face by inanimate objects...
