Build a Massive Biceps Peak💪🏼

Have you spent years training your biceps but they still just don’t have that mountainous peak? If so, it is probably because you’re focusing on the wrong exercises!
The peak of the biceps, especially when viewed from the back, is almost entirely the result of a well-developed brachialis muscle. Yes, your biceps may be lacking because you’re neglecting the muscle that sits right underneath it!
Growing the brachialis muscle is as simple as performing curls with your hand in a neutral position, such as any hammer curl variations or heavy neutral-grip back exercises.
The larger your brachialis is, the more ‘pushed to the surface’ your biceps will appear.
Similarly, you should also focus on specifically training the long head of your biceps by performing exercises with your shoulders slightly behind your body in extension, such as incline curls, faceaway cable curls, and drag curls.
