Conflict in marriage isn't bad. It's actually healthy. But the way we handle conflict can absolutely be detrimental to everything a relationship needs to survive. We either grow and deepen Trust and Intimacy and Friendship and Respect and Emotional Connection during a conflict or we weaken them. Every time we mishandle conflict we can increase the distance and disconnection between us.
