red chilli powder - 1 t spoon
turmeric - 1/2 t spoon
tomatoo - 4
pudina - 1/2 cup
green chilli - 5
salt - 1 t spoon
chiken - 1/2 kg
lemon juice - 2 t spoon
rose water - 1 t spoon
ghee - 1 tablespoon
coal - 2 cups
iron tawa - 1
masala powder
cinomon - 5
cloves 5
elaichi - 6
just add 2 pinch
water - 1 cup
for cooking rice water 3 liters
