How to change unit from Meter to Millimeter in existing AutoCAD drawing | pappu-G Technical

I have been searching, how to convert my existing meter drawing to the millimeter, but most of the tutorial did not work for me, so I tried to solve this problem myself using simple AutoCAD commands that are scale and unit, hope this will be useful.
