Inflatable Island; The Biggest Floating Playground in Asia located at Olongapo City, Zambales

If hitting the gym during summer sounds dragging to you, then this is an alternative place to be. Located at the coastline of Zambales, Inflatable Island is a floating playground for both children and adults. The island is filled with wall-climbing obstacles, slides, swings, narrow passages and catapults among others. Imagine the TV show Wipeout minus the reporters and the cash prize. The obstacles required body strength.
Clients have the option for a two-hours, four hours, half day and whole day pass. I highly recommend the half-day pass because the first two are a bit short and the full day pass is a bit lengthy. Morning is a good time because the sun’s rays are still healthy to the skin but the 3-6 pm window is also good for sunset photos.
There are nearby tents for rent and cottages at the entrance for those who would like to stay by the beach.
Food is available. Grilled meats and pastas are affordable. There are also souvenirs, sun blocks, floaters and other essentials being sold by the bay.
Lockers are also available to fit one’s valuables. But I recommend not to bring large bags as the lockers are small.
Best attire for girls is swimsuit under a rash guard and board shorts. For boys, wear a rash guard and board shorts. It will prevent wardrobe malfunctions and keep you from getting sunburns, scratches, and other potential hazards. You may strip down to your bikini and work on evening out your tan after getting out of Inflatable Island.
The management allows GoPros on short selfie sticks, and cameras/phones in waterproof bags. Use them at your own risk. The management won’t be in charge of retrieving sunken items. Not allowed: zippers, buttons, sharp objects, and anything that could damage the Inflatable Island or cause harm on other living creatures.
Shower rooms are present. One may bring bathing items (shampoo, soap, towel) to clean up after swimming at the sea.
