Ingredients
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tomato
salt to taste
1 cup cooking oil
1/2 cup yogurt
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
3-4 bay leaves
5-6 cloves
2-3 cinnamon
Powder of : 1 tsp cumin seeds , 1/2 tsp pepper cones , 3-4 green cardamoms , 1 tbsp coriander seeds
700 gms mutton
400 gms rice
3 big onions sliced
3 potatoes
coriander leaves
fried onions for garnishing
