After a month of waking up at 4:00 AM, it finally became a habit.
It's the time when everyone is still sleeping and free to do whatever 😊
Waking up early makes me hungry and breakfast is delicious!
It's a habit that has done nothing but good for me 🍚
This is my first run in the new year and I will continue to run as fast and positive as I can this year.
