Ingredients-

1.5 cups (12oz) Heavy Cream
3/4 cup (8oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
75g Biscoff Spread
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
20 Biscoff Cookies

Directions-

1. Whip 12oz heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
2. Add 8oz sweetened condensed milk, 75g biscoff spread, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract into the whipped cream and mix until well combined.
3. Crush 20 biscoff cookies into small and large chunks
4. Add cookies to the whipped mixture and mix them using a spatula.
5. Transfer to an ice cream container or a freezer safe container.
6. Freeze for at least 8 hours.
7. Enjoy!
