What is a Donut Peach? Saturn Peaches

Check out these donut Peaches I saw at the orchard! Saturn peaches, Prunus persica var. platycarpa, (also known as donut (or doughnut) peaches), are a variety of peach with white flesh and a flattish, round shape.
