One of the questions we get most often is, "How can I increase my basketball shooting range?"

And, while getting on the court and working beyond your comfortable range is important, it starts in the weight room building increased strength, power, and explosiveness.

In today's video, Coach Alan Stein brings you a series of exercises that young players can do to add strength and range to their game.

Use the workout plan below when doing this workout:
Push Ups: 3 sets, 8 reps
Pull Ups: 3 sets, 8 reps
Split Squat: 3 sets, 8 reps each leg
Rear Foor Elevated Split Squat: 3 sets, 8 reps each leg
