Adding Transcripts to YouTube Videos

Even if your video is not narrated, you still need to make sure it is fully Accessible to all of your potential viewers. This includes making sure that you have captions enabled, and that you provide a video transcript. The captions and transcript should contain any text that appears on screen in the video, so that viewers can use a screen reader application to hear that text read out to them.
