Restoring an Old Vintage Metal Watercolour Paint Palette!

Today I am going to be restoring this old vintage metal watercolour paint palette which I found for a few dollars at a local flea market. It was badly damaged with dents, rust and filth, and probably worthless as an antique or vintage collectable. I felt sorry for it so I gave a new lease on life with a super groovy makeover, and a "one of a kind" customization. Watch on to see how it turned out!
