ENGLISH LANGUAGE (FORMAL VS INFORMAL LANGUAGE)

In this lecture, I shall be discussing the difference between formal and informal language. In a casual conversation, we often use informal language; however, there are important occasions in which there is a need for us to converse using formal language such as when delivering speeches, talking to dignitaries, etc. Also, when we are dealing with technical writings such as business letters, reports, and the likes, formal language is necessary.
