Railway lines - Southern area of British Railways (electric).
Several scenes shot from front of electric train during journey between Brighton and London Victoria. Good shots of points, going through stations, tunnels, bridges and so on. Men are working on some sections of railway lines as we go past. Good shots as we leave Victoria. Think we also go through Clapham Junction. We pass several steam trains coming the other way.
Cataloguer's note: shots seem to be in random order and chopped about a bit - this is not the complete journey in eight and a half minutes!
