Cook the PERFECT tomahawk steak in your oven!

You don't have a BBQ at home? No worries I've got you covered, this Tomahawk steak is also amazing cooked in the oven !

Ingredients: Tomahawk steak, a bit of oil, salt & pepper!!

1. Baste your meat with some oil
2. Season with salt & pepper
3. Sear each sides for 2 minutes
4. Roast in the oven for 15mn at 180C
5. Cover it and let it rest for 15mn.
