Ben Woods demonstrates how this Flamenco material can be played with a pick, or traditional fingerstyle, or on any guitar. I created this little mini course for those struggling with hand pain, hand injuries, those who dont own a Flamenco guitar or who can't seem to cross over from pick to fingerstyle. The first video of each palo is traditional material while the second is a bit more modern.

I built that clock on the wall to show you the counted rhythm of Solea COMPAS. It's extremely important to know exactly where you are within the compas.

Why would I make these courses? There are guitar players that will never devote the years to master the right hand Flamenco fingerstyle techniques like I did. For those that have hand problems and injuries, I'm thinking this could be very helpful. I'm tired of seeing fake Flamenco, and I believe if people just had the right tools and material it would be easier to learn. I want to use the best of modern technology to demonstrate some elements of real, authentic Flamenco and how it can be played with a pick, an alternative for those that may be facing struggles with injury or pain in their hands. It's not necessary to play this on a Flamenco guitar either, it can be played on any guitar (steel string acoustic, electric, whatever). There are no more rules other than staying in COMPAS (Flamenco rhythm) and playing with your heart!
