BMW's Direct Injection Injectors have a special teflon ring that is installed on the tip of the injector and must be replaced each time the injector is replaced. You then must use a special tool that allows you to install the injector seal to the correct dimensions. I decided to go a different route and use home made DIY tools to achieve the same result. I used a piece of pipe that I purchased from a local hardware store and modified it as shown in the video to work for installing injector seals on BMW N20 engine. I recommend getting the correct tool and doing as per BMW instructions. This is for entertainment purposes only and try at your own risk.
