🍪Oatmeal cookies:
400 g oatmeal (14.3 oz)
***If you want your cookies to be fluffy, make them with long-cooked oats, but if you want them to be shaped like that (the way you shape them before baking and the way they are after baking), make them with short-crust oats
100 g roasted nuts (3.6 oz, your choice: hazelnuts, almonds, walnuts, peanuts)
120 g sugar (4.3 oz)
100 g eggs (2 eggs)
10 g of baking powder (0.4 oz)
100g butter (3.6 oz, fat content at least 82%)
pinch of salt

Bake at 360F for 18-20 minutes.

🍪Make oatmeal cookies:
✅Bake hazelnuts (or other nuts) in the oven, at 340F, 10-15 minutes. Remove the skin.
✅ Combine the oats and nuts and beat in a blender until you obtain flour.
✅Add baking powder and salt.
✅ In a bowl, beat the softened butter with a whisk.
✅ Add the eggs (at room temperature) and sugar to the butter.
✅ Add the dry ingredients to this mixture.
✅ Stir, cover with cling film and leave in the fridge for 2 hours.
✅Fold the cookies into flattened balls and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment, spaced apart from each other.
✅Place in oven preheated to 360F for 18-20 minutes.

You will have 20 cookies, about 10-12 cm in diameter. Bon appetit😉
