Parallel to the serious content that is on air right now, Love in Gulshan Bihar is another vibe for us. Sitcoms are meant to entertain in the various ways. However, a family content with perfect comic timing was severely needed and Love in Gulshan Bihar is without a doubt one of that kind.
The story of Love in Gulshan Bihar revolves around two families: Badar Uddin (Ismail Tara) and his wife Shamim (Shehnaz Pervez) & their two kids, rest Roshan (Ismat Iqbal) and her daughters who are living their life without any moral support.
Here’s a little introduction of these characters:
Badar Uddin (Ismail Tara):
An interesting character of ” Love in Gulshan Bihar. He is a property dealer with a fun loving nature. Badar Uddin (Ismail Tara) has love and hate relationship with his wife, however, he has a very clever nature with exceptional comic timing.
Shamim (Shehnaz Pervez) is a designer and earning for a better lifestyle, however, she is trying hard to find a nice proposal for her only son, who is the most eligible bachelor of their colony.
Roshan (Ismat Iqbal) :
Roshan (Ismat Iqbal) is a neighbour to Shamim (Shehnaz Pervez) and Badar Uddin (Ismail Tara) who wishes to her daughters at a better place. However, her daughters question her concerns and their continuous taunting builds a contrary scenario.
Munni (Natasha Ali):
An interesting & attractive character Munni (Natasha Ali) loves to eat yummy food, however, she is very in her views but her mother (Roshan (Ismat Iqbal) ) is not. She loves Babu (Imran Aslam) but fails to express her feeling before Roshan (Ismat Iqbal) .
Babu (Imran Aslam):
Babu (Imran Aslam) is the son of Badar Uddin (Ismail Tara) and Shamim (Shehnaz Pervez), who is in love with Roshan (Ismat Iqbal) ’s daughter Munni (Natasha Ali). But, he is struggling to express his feelings before his mother.
The first two episodes revolved around the main characters. Badar Uddin (Ismail Tara) and Shamim (Shehnaz Pervez) are busy in their daughter’s marriage, while Babu (Imran Aslam) is trying his luck with Munni (Natasha Ali).
Later in the second episode, Shamim (Shehnaz Pervez) invited Roshan (Ismat Iqbal) and her daughters in the Mayoon of her daughter, where Babu (Imran Aslam) and Munni (Natasha Ali) got together and spent some time. However, Munni (Natasha Ali) questioned Babu (Imran Aslam)’s love and requested him to ask for her hand in marriage.
Other than that, Roshan (Ismat Iqbal) wants Munni (Natasha Ali) to get married to someone who can keep her happy because Munni (Natasha Ali)’s sister (Sana Askari) lived in a toxic relationship for a while and consider herself useless.
Well, now how will Babu (Imran Aslam) convince his mother to agree to his marriage with Munni (Natasha Ali)? If not! What will be his next plan?
