ICC prosecutor sees 'reasonable basis' for crimes against humanity in Philippine drug war

The Office of the International Criminal Court’s prosecutor said there is a “reasonable basis” to believe that crimes against humanity were committed during President Rodrigo Duterte’s war on drugs and a formal investigation will be decided soon.
