VP90 Fully automatic red clay brick production line with rotary tunnel kiln is our second rotary tunnel kiln project in South Africa. This project is integrated with raw material processing system, aging system , VP90 Stiff extrusion double stage vacuum extruder and automatic brick cutting and stacking system ,automatic rotary tunnel kiln etc. The coal consumption is much less thatn his old brick plant , 250 kcal/kg . One day capacity reaches 750 ton . Also finished brick rate is more than 99.8%. All in all,the project has achieved a big success, and we hope that our project can bring huge economy returns to our customers.
