in this episode i showcase a few different types of techniques used daily in the stone dressing trade of how i back off stone. currently processing stone on the church project for a reclamation company in greater Manchester there is 250 tonnes of stone to back off The Term backing off is where the stones bed is reduced to between 100mm and 140mm on the bed to comply with moden day building regualtions
