I would like to have an honest talk and sharing with y'all regarding how stress can impact us mentally and physically. I always get asked questions like how I stay fit and motivated all the time - the answer? No, I'm actually not like what u guys see me on social media 24/7, I do struggle a lot of the time too. For whoever is having a hard time right now, I just wanna tell u that IT'S OKAY! You are not alone and u will eventually get through this! Remember nothing lasts forever, pain and misery are no exception. Give yourself the time u needed and it's totally ok taking breaks. Avoid comparing ourselves with others on the internet and start noticing what our mind / body really needs because all of us are different. ❤️ Stay safe and healthy❤️

I know a lot of y'all are waiting for my next workout video, I promise you guys there will be a lot COMING SOON (arms, legs, HIIT, etc.)! As soon as I survive through the deadlines and tests (& swallowing a crazy amount of food), I will share more with u guys about what kinda workout I find effective and the combination that I made (diet + workout routine).

Before that, my next video will be "How I get back into shape FAST (diet + workout). It's currently the 3rd day for me to get healthy and I am already seeing progress 😆💪🏼🔥
