This is Angono, the Art Capital of the Philippines.

Angono is located in the province of Rizal, the hometown of the national artist for music, Lucio San Pedro, and national artist for visual arts, Carlos "Botong" Francisco. It is also known for its Higantes Festival which is being celebrated annually on November 23.
