Homebrew Challenge: The ULTIMATE Lock-Down Beer (part 1)

It's April 2020 and the world is in lock-down! People are finding ways to entertain themselves and since I've been making so much homebrew during this, my good friend Gary (@reeltours) posed a challenge to me: Make him the ultimate lock-down beer! My interpretation of the ultimate lock-down beer is something I am calling the 'MyPA'. This is a beer that 1) Goes further, 2) remains interesting and 3) is definitely still a craft beer right to the end.
